As the game begins, players are thrown into a world on the brink of chaos. The Bad Guy, led by their enigmatic leader known as Nero, plans to execute a devastating attack from the west, aiming to eradicate the American government and impose their twisted vision of enlightenment. It is up to Sergeant S and his elite team to prevent this catastrophe and capture Kestov, the mastermind behind the heinous crimes that have already caused immense suffering.

As Sergeant S (Squeaks), players must navigate through perilous missions and hostile environments, employing their keen investigative skills and tactical prowess to track down Kestov. The game places a strong emphasis on the moral dilemmas faced by the protagonist, as they must balance the urgency of capturing Kestov with the need to minimize collateral damage and protect innocent lives.
